NEW DELHI: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the revised result date for the Assistant Loco Pilot & Technician 1st CBT. As per the notification, the RRB ALP & Technician 1st CBT revised results will be released on December 20, 2018.
The result of the first stage Computer Based Test (CBT) examination was published on the official websites of all RRBs on November 2, 20158. Few candidates raised objections against the answer keys provided along with the result, subsequently the RRB withdrew the result.
In the notification, the RRB has also announced the revised dates for ALP second stage CBT test. According to the revised schedule, the RRB ALP second stage CBT, which was suppose to begin from December 24, 2018 will now be organised in the month of January 2019.
A notification published on the official website reads: “Results of First Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) examination was published on the official websites of all RRBs on 02-11-2018. Few candidates have represented that there are errors in question/translation. In the wake of these representation all language translation of all the question papers are being reviewed. It is expected that after this review fresh result of 1st Stage CBT along with the revised list of candidates shortlisted for 2nd stage CBT is likely to be published by 20.12.2018.”
The RRB ALP & Technician second stage CBT exams will now be conducted on January 21, 22, and 23 next year.
The details regarding exam date and city will be announced later on the official website of RRB and other regional websites.
As the usual practice of the RRB, the admit cards for the RRB ALP & Technician second stage CBT will be released four days prior to the exam.
The candidates can visit the official websites of RRBs to check and download exam syllabus and pattern for the 2nd CBT.
